Social Media Use Terms & Conditions

By submitting information about me and my Kajabi business, I immediately grant to Kajabi the unrestricted, world-wide, royalty-free right to use the submitted information (including information regarding my earnings) and my name, image, story, and likeness (collectively, my “Hero Story”), and all materials created by or on behalf of Kajabi that incorporate any of the foregoing, forever from the date hereof. Kajabi may use my Hero Story, in whole or in part, on its website, apps, and social media channels now existing or hereafter created, for its marketing and promotional purposes. Kajabi may create derivative materials (the “Materials”) from and/or modify my Hero Story so long as the content is not significantly altered or misrepresented. 

I certify that: (a) the information submitted is true and accurate, specifically any claims regarding my earnings from using Kajabi; (b) the information submitted reflects my personal experiences and honest beliefs; (c) I have the right to license to Kajabi the use of my Hero Story, including any photos or other images that I have submitted; and (d) I submitted my Hero Story of my own free will. I understand and acknowledge that Kajabi will be under no obligation to actually use my Hero Story.

Kajabi shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, including copyright, in the Materials, subject to my underlying rights in my Hero Story. I waive the right to inspect or approve any use by Kajabi of my Hero Story or such Materials. 

I hereby waive all claims for royalty, payment, or other compensation to me for such use and I release and forever discharge Kajabi from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of Hero Story and will not attempt to enjoin or otherwise impair Kajabi’s use of my Hero Story.

By agreeing to these Terms, I acknowledge that I am over 18 and read and understand all the Terms.
